Prop 8 Tantrums and Respect for Democracy

Militant homosexuals don't seem willing to wait for moonbat judges to overrule the will of the people. Chuck Norris summarizes their response to the passage of a ban on the tasteless travesty of homosexual marriage: Protestors of Proposition 8 in... Continue Reading

Linking The War On Christmas To The Economic Crisis

I would call this "overreaching".  From the Wall Street Journal, columnist Daniel Henninger writes: This year we celebrate the desacralized "holidays" amid what is for many unprecedented economic ruin -- fortunes halved, jobs lost, homes foreclosed. People wonder, What happened? One man's theory: A nation whose people can't say "Merry Christmas" is a nation capable of ruining its own... Continue Reading

Prop 8 To Be Reviewed By CA Supreme Court... And The Lord Weighs In

No, really.  He did.  The Lord submitted a 40 page amicus brief (PDF) speaking through one of his servents, I guess. My favorite section: After a night full of dreams, before dawn on November 11, 2008, before I woke up in the morning, the Almighty Eternal Creator ordered me, saying "You explain to them the consequences that follow each and all of their actions. Once they understand, they... Continue Reading

Community Activists Continue to Exacerbate Housing Crisis

The community activist types — like Barack Obama — who helped bring about our financial crisis by using Jimmy Carter's insane Community Reinvestment Act to terrorize banks into making bad loans based on race are still causing havoc. IBD reports... Continue Reading

Green Bureauweenies Conspire to Cause American Depression

Evidence continues to accrue that the purpose of the global warming hoax is not to lower harmless CO2 emissions, but to induce a severe economic decline that will enable bureauweenies to make a socialist power grab and to cut the USA down to a size that won't make Europeans feel inadequate. From IBD: The U.N. says the 40 signatories to the Kyoto treaty have, on average, cut their emissions to 5%... Continue Reading

Moonbat Media Will Not Lay Off With White Guilt

Did you think that moonbats would lay off with the white guilt malarkey, now that white Americans have elected a conspicuously underqualified candidate primarily on the basis of his black skin? Guess again: Worried by racial tensions churned up by the U.S. presidential election, teachers at one U.S. high school braced for the worst in their majority white community the morning after Barack Obama... Ted Stevens, the longest serving Republican in Senate history, narrowly lost his re-election bid Tuesday, marking the downfall of a Washington political power and Alaska icon who couldn't survive a conviction on federal corruption charges. His defeat by Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich moves Senate Democrats within two seats of a... Continue Reading

Views from Joe Marchelewski

  • Rollcall.com, a Website which reports on Capital Hill, came out with their list of the 50 Wealthiest Members of Congress, which is based upon the individual member's financial reporting from 2007.

  • The last week has been one of the most newsworthy politics wise in years. The first and only vice presidential debate took place between a Democratic with three decades worth of experience in Washington and a Republican who may never have taken a vacation to Washington. The Bailout Bill, which failed the week before, passed on Friday afternoon.

  • It's been a startling week politically, the second presidential debate took place, vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin was acting like pitbull let off her leash, the economy spent Monday and Tuesday in the Marianas Trench, McCain's Keating 5 scandal from 20 years ago was brought back up and of course there was some political scandal.

    Debate #2

  • Tuesday, November 4, changed the course of history in America. While this is old news, the voting statistics are striking, and may cause fear in Republican circles.
